Peter J. Aitsi - TIPNG Chairman (2008-2010)
Peter Aitsi has ben a media Manager of some 15 years.
He is currently the Country Manager of GHD.(requires
update)
An active supporter of media freedom and community
rights he has been involved with the PNG Media Council
for well over 10 years serving initially as council
secretary before being elected President a position
he held for 7 years stepping down in 2007.

Paul Nindipa is a Bachelor of Commerce
graduate from the University of Otago, New Zealand.
He is an Associate Member of the PNG Institute of Accountants
(PNGIA). Mr Nindipa is the President and treasurer of
the Badili Club of PNG and a member of the PNG Australia
Friendship Association.
Mr Nindipa currently holds the position of
Director for Guinn PKF.

Dr John Nonggorr
Professor John Nonggorr is a foundation
board member and Director of TI PNG. He is a graduate
of the University of Sydney, Australia, Post Graduate
Legal Training Institute, PNG, University of London
(UK), and University of PNG.
He has worked in PNG, Australia, Indonesia, Vanuatu, Solomon
Islands and Fiji.
Professor Nonggorr specialises in university level teaching
and research in constitutional law, indigenous laws, mining and
natural resources law in PNG, PH.D. research on mining law and
contracts in PNG. He has published books and articles on some of
these topics.
Among other positions, Professor Nonggorr has
tutored at the University of Sydney, UPNG, been the
Dean of the Law School, UPNG, and a Legal Officer with
the Office of the Solicitor General, Department of Justice
(PNG).
At present he is self employed: Nonggorr
& Associates.
He is alo a director to the NASFUND
& IPBC Boards and the UPNG Alumnai Association.

Mel Togolo (2007-2010)
Mel Togolo is a foundation board
member of TI PNG. He is a graduate of the University of Papua
New Guinea, University of Leeds (UK) and University of Hawaii
(USA).
He works as General Manager of Corporate Affairs, for Placer
Dome, one of the largest gold mining companies in the world.
Mr Togolo is on the board of Westpac Bank and NASFUND, the
Council of the Institute of National Affairs, private sector
research organisation and Jesus Centre Halfway House, a
rehabilitation centre for street and homeless children.
He is the immediate past President of the Business Council of
Papua New Guinea.

Judith Meara Day, LLB (2008-2010)
Ms Day is a bacholar of Laws graduate
from the University of Papua New Guinea. She also has
triple certificates in nursing from the Papua Medical
College and certificate in Development & Home Economics
from the South Pacific Commission, Suva, Fiji.
She formerly ran her own law firm and
more recently has been involved in Informal Sector Development
with the Ministry of Community Development. She is a
former director of the PNG Banking Corporation and the
Rural Development Bank.
She is currently the Managing Director
of Karukaru Enterprises Ltd and a director of Gulf Economic
Development Authority and SGS PNG Limited. She is a
member of the pannel of consultatnts to the Justice
Advocacy Group. Ms Day is a member of the Board Audit

as a director of TIPNG for 2008.

Fr. John M. Glynn (2007-2010)
Father John Glynn is a Catholic
priest who was born in Ireland and migrated to Australia in
1961. In 1963 he came to PNG as a teacher and returned to
Australia for studies in 1975. Father John was ordained a priest
in 1980 and gained PNG citizenship in 1989 and has worked as a
priest and teacher, primarily in New Ireland, Manus, and in Port
Moresby since 2001.
Fr John is Patron of the Youth Against
Corruption Association. He was nominated and voted as
a director to the TIPNG again in 2008.

Anna Kerepia's affiliations have been with the Board,
NVS Board, Community Development Scheme Advisory Committee
and the Board of YWCA Port Moresby.
